How am I tracked — by link or by code?
Both. Live event tickets are tracked automatically through your link. For All Access memberships, use the discount code we issue you — it’s the reliable way to make sure the sale lands on your account, and it gives your audience 25% off at the same time.
How long do I get credit for a click?
Ninety days. If someone clicks your link today and buys three months from now, the commission is still yours.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are approved once the refund window on the order has closed, then paid out monthly through the affiliate dashboard. You’ll see pending and approved earnings there in real time.
Do I need a minimum audience size?
No. If you talk to writers — a newsletter, a class, a podcast, a Discord, a film program — you’re a fit.
Should I embed banners from Refersion or download them here?
For your website, embed from Refersion — your tracking is built in and the banner updates itself when we refresh the artwork. For email, social posts or anywhere you can’t paste embed code, download the files here and add your tracking link yourself. Downloaded files won’t update, so grab a fresh copy if the lineup changes.
Can I edit the banners?
Yes — the downloads are code-free so you can add your own discount code or crop them to your layout. Please don’t alter the logo, the speaker photos or the credit lines — those are cleared exactly as supplied.
I’m already an affiliate. Where do I log in?
Your dashboard is at the affiliate portal. Your link, your code, your embeddable banners and your earnings all live there.
