No, you will first receive a confirmation email, then closer to the event date you will receive information regarding schedule, parking, meals and more. The week of the event you will also receive a scannable QR code that can be used to expedite check in, although you may also simply provide your ID and confirmation email to check in.
Based on availability, please contact us using the form below with your ticket number and the tier you wish to upgrade to and we can help you. Day-of event upgrades are also possible at check in and based on availability.
Yes, groups of 5-10 people may simply use code GROUP with 5 or more tickets in your online shopping cart and a 30% discount will automatically apply. Groups of more than 10 people may contact us using the form below for additional discounts and group seating coordination.
No. As a ticketed event, much like a concert or sporting event, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We do, however, allow for ticket transfers if you wish to give or sell your ticket to someone else.
To coordinate transferring your ticket to another person, please contact us using the form below with your name, ticket number, email address and the name/email address of the person you wish to transfer to.
All ticket holders will receive access to the recording of the event they planned to attend, even if they are unable to attend in person. However, transfer of a ticket also includes transfer of the recording to the new party instead of the original purchaser.
Yes, every venue we utilize offers accessible seating, and often within each of the ticketing tiers. Please contact us using the form below once you have purchased your ticket and we can coordinate reserving the appropriate seating in that ticket tier.
AT THE EVENT FAQS
Yes, the panelists will be appearing in-person. We do not plan to have any virtual speakers. (Speaker participation subject to change)
No, no scripts, treatments or pitching is allowed at our events. Our speakers are providing an opportunity to learn from their insights but legally cannot accept any unsolicited materials. Don’t do it.
The Meet & Greet tickets provide the closest row of ticketed seating and allow for an opportunity to meet participating speakers after each panel, take a picture, ask for an autograph or tell them how they inspired your storytelling. There is no guarantee that every speaker will participate or how much time they will interact with each participant. No scripts or pitching allowed. Also, try to be cool, they’re just regular people who worked really hard at a talent!
There are several neighboring restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores within direct proximity to the theater. No food or beverage is allowed at your seat in the theater. There will be 30 minute breaks between each panel and up to 90 minutes for lunch.
WATCHING ONLINE FAQS
All Access Members get online access to all Storytelling360 videos, including previous events.
No, we offer one annual membership which includes online access to all Storytelling360 events, as well as recordings of all previous events. If you like one event, you’ll love all of our events!
Yes! Every in person ticket includes 3 months of access to that event recording (not our full library) as well as the other membership benefits in our online community. By attending in person, you will also receive a discount to join or renew an annual All Access membership and access our full library for a year.

Please consider that even within our audience are frequently established industry professionals and card-carrying guild members who attend to learn from those even further ahead of them.
All speakers are personally invited by Storytelling360 founder Zack Gutin, so there is no formal application process available, but if you fit the bill please CONTACT US and tell us the beloved accomplishments the world knows you for!
