STORYTELLING360 ANNOUNCES OFFICIAL EVENT PARTNERSHIP WITH ENTERTAINMENT COMMUNITY FUND

Beverly Hills, CA — Storytelling360 has announced an official third-party event partnership with the Entertainment Community Fund. Storytelling360’s inaugural “State of the Story” Conference will be held June 8th at the Writers Guild of America Theater in Beverly Hills and will feature a previously announced line-up of Oscar, Emmy and Peabody Award winning writers along with other industry luminaries. $10,000 will be donated to the Entertainment Community Fund.

The initial speaker dais will include Academy Award winner Eric Roth (Dune, Forrest Gump), Cobra Kai creator Jon Hurwitz, Kiwi Smith (Legally Blonde, 10 Things I Hate About You), 2x Emmy winning writer/Executive Producer Dan Goor (Parks and Recreation, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, The Office), Zak Penn (Ready Player One, X-Men, The Avengers), Peabody Award winner Edward Ricourt (Now You See Me, Marvel’s Jessica Jones), Verve Agency Partner/Literary Agent David Boxerbaum and Lit Entertainment founder Adam Kolbrenner.

Storytelling360 is a full-day series of discussion panels featuring some of the leading storytellers in the field, providing practical insights into state-of-the-story.

The mission of the Entertainment Community Fund, founded in 1882 as The Actors Fund, is to foster stability and resiliency, and provides a safety net for performing arts and entertainment professionals over their lifespan. The organization is chaired by Annette Bening.

“We are so thrilled to partner with the Entertainment Community Fund, which stood by many of the storytellers who were impacted by the fires this year. Their mission is to support storytellers and ours is to inspire them,” says Zack Gutin, founder of ThinkAlike Media, the producer of Storytelling360, “our partnership seemed like a natural fit for the storytelling community.”
