Arran is a producer and emerging screenwriter with over ten years of experience in television development and production.
In 2025, Arran graduated from the Channel 4 New Writers’ Scheme, where he developed an original series that went on to feature on the prestigious Brit List.
He began his career at the BBC, spending five years working his way up to script editor, with credits across EASTENDERS, HOLBY CITY, DOCTORS and SILENT WITNESS, before moving into high-end series as a script editor on the first season of INDUSTRY (HBO/BBC) and MARY & GEORGE (Sky/Starz). He’s also served as Head of Development for actress Keeley Hawes and was recently a development producer at Hera Pictures, where he also story produced and co-produced on the BAFTA-nominated BBC series WHAT IT FEELS LIKE FOR A GIRL.
