Storytelling360 personally invites and confirms each speaker and panelist before announcing their participation. That said, circumstances beyond anyone’s control can prevent a speaker from appearing as scheduled or at all, and Storytelling360 cannot be held responsible when that happens.

Panels and sessions are subject to change, cancellation, or rescheduling at any time, and Storytelling360 reserves the right to modify the content of any session without notice.

All ticket sales are final. As with any live ticketed event, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person — please contact us with your name, ticket number, email address, and the name and email of the person you’d like to transfer to. Note that recording access transfers to the new ticket holder rather than the original purchaser.

In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, we will reschedule the event as soon as reasonably possible and honor all existing tickets for the new dates. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, your ticket remains transferable, or its value may be applied as credit toward a future Storytelling360 event. Refunds will not be issued in this instance.

We reserve the right to change the venue or dates of any event and, where necessary, move an event to an online format. We reserve the right to cancel an event entirely, in which case a full refund will be issued. We also reserve the right to decline admission at our discretion.
